There’s a foot pedal to wind the cord. There are a several attachments to clean the stairs, the blinds, and the furniture that work well. This is a great mid-price canister vacuum that is a good value for the money. All Hoover vacuum parts are easily available online.

The Hoover S37665-040 is great. The brushes do a very good job of raising the carpet fiber, and the three level vacuum picks up the real fine dirt. I like the ease of going to use the wand around the carpet’s edges and furniture. It takes just seconds to switch back and forth. I have no complaints and have recommended it to my daughter and work associates.( James M)
